Stickybeak is a rapid consumer feedback platform that supports marketing, brand and communication professionals to remove the guess work and ensure their new product, campaign and market launches are relevant and effective.

Combining their respective experience in PR, advertising, market research and digital software design, founders David Brain, David Talbot, Brody Nelson and Kyle Hickey together form a formidible group who realised the problem to be solved: companies wanting to understand their customers face a gulf between paying big dollars for traditional market research or relying on a small survey with no rigour.

We are excited to support CEO Anna Henwood as she rewrites the playbook on research to make both asking for and giving consumer feedback fun. Testing a new concept is as simple as uploading items for feedback. Stickybeak takes care of selecting the right research approach and flow of questions to get actionable input from the target audience, wherever they are in the world.

Stickybeak’s work with the World Health Organisation illustrates this perfectly. Through social media recruitment, WHO can rapidly test their health messages and concepts, whether that’s in Afghanistan or Zambia. Following an earthquake in Turkey, Stickybeak was able to test messaging in affected provinces across a range of health issues, supporting the WHO response with relevant, timely, effective messaging.
